Is MeDIC only for eye hospitals?
No. MeDIC is a complete hospital management system for general and multi-specialty hospitals, nursing homes, clinics and specialty institutions such as psychiatry. Its eye-care tools are the deepest because many of our clients are eye hospitals, but the same system runs every department of a general hospital.
Does MeDIC work without the internet?
Yes, for the core. MeDIC runs on your hospital’s own server and network, so registration, billing, the EMR, pharmacy and lab keep working when the internet is down. WhatsApp messaging, the mobile apps and ABDM features use the internet.
Can MeDIC run a hospital with several branches?
Yes. Each branch runs MeDIC on its own network, and the enterprise dashboard brings the branches together for management.
Is MeDIC ABDM compliant?
MeDIC’s ABDM integration (M1, M2 and M3) is built and is in certification with the National Health Authority now. Our ABDM page always shows the current status.
How is MeDIC priced?

Do you install MeDIC outside Kerala?
