What We Collect
Where personal data is collected on this site (for example through our demo request and contact forms), we indicate it at the point of collection. Information collected may include your name, email address, phone number, institution and occupational information, and, if you tell us, how you heard about us.
When you send a form we also record the page you sent it from, the first page of your visit, the website that referred you and any campaign tags in the link, plus the time and your IP address to protect the forms from spam. This helps us understand which pages and channels bring enquiries.
How We Use It
Your data is used only for the purposes stated at collection: contacting you about MeDIC, providing support, fulfilling transactions, surveys, recruitment, and compliance with legal requirements. We won’t change the use of your information without your consent.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your authorisation. We share data only with service providers we need to run this site and respond to you, such as our web and email hosting, and, if you accept analytics, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also handled by WhatsApp (Meta).
Security
This site uses SSL encryption, and we apply protective measures to the information we hold. We also encourage safe online habits: never share passwords or sensitive personal data through unverified channels.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own. If we ask for your consent and you accept, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set cookies to measure how pages are used; form fields are never recorded. If you decline, they are not loaded. Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage, and the source of your visit is kept in session storage until you close the tab. You can clear both, or disable cookies, through your browser settings at any time.
Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected, or as required by law.
Children
This site is meant for healthcare institutions and professionals. It does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 years of age.
International Transfer
Personal information you provide is processed by blooray IT Solutions in India. Analytics providers, if you accept them, may process usage data outside India under their own policies.
