At minimum: refraction and optometry, an eye EMR with drawing tools and ICD-11 coding, surgery and procedure records, an optical counter that receives the glasses Rx, a pharmacy, billing with insurance tracking, and records built to NABH documentation requirements. In India it also helps when the software keeps working without internet, sends WhatsApp messages to patients and is ready for ABDM. MeDIC covers all of these; its ABDM integration is built in MeDIC Web and in NHA sandbox testing now.

Yes. We give demos online anywhere in India and the GCC, come to your hospital for installation and training, and support you remotely after go-live. Eye hospitals in Chennai, Trichy and Barka (Oman) already run MeDIC. Demos are available in English, Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil.
Yes. MeDIC runs single-doctor eye clinics as well as multi-branch eye hospital networks, and you choose only the modules you need, for example the EMR with the optical counter.
